Shipping policy

Due to the nature of our product most items are custom tailored to customers measurements and will be shipped out 5-12 weeks from the order date, depending on the item ordered. Different suits have different production time frames. 

Bikinis by Rosie LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. If your package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier and file a claim.

We are not responsible for any delayed shipments. We ship out all packages with enough time in advance according to your show date indicated in the notes. You will receive "Your order has shipped" email indicating the tracking number. Once the carrier is in possession of the item, you would need to check the tracking and contact the carrier. 

All "Ready to ship items/ QUICKSHIPS" orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

We use Standard shipping by USPS in United States 

- USPS Priority mail (2-3 business days) 

- USPS Priority mail EXPRESS (Provides next-day to 2 - days delivery service by 6pm) for rushed orders is available. Note by selecting this shipment type it does not expedite your item in the production que, please make sure to pay RUSH MY ORDER fee - $60 that will be added to total.

Customer is responsible for all shipping fees associated with returns or custom tailored suit fittings.
